Cannonau, Monica, Carignano & Bovale Sardo. This mid-weight rosé offers lovely balance and poise, with suggestions of sweet wild herbs and candied cherries that linger on the delicate finish.



Prosecco di Valdobbiadene DOCG, Bortolomiol (Veneto)

Prosecco. A sparkling wine that is classical in its style and is gently sweet offering an aromatic bouquet that is both soft and fruity.


Filanda Rosé Brut Riserva, Bortolomiol (Veneto)

Pinot Nero. The bouquet has the liveliness of wide, variegated fruity sensations counterbalanced by the finesse and complexity of its almost meaty floral notes, spiced with pepper and cinnamon.


Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Millesimato DOCG, Soligo (Veneto)

Prosecco. Straw-yellow colour with greenish tinges. Fruity and flowery bouquet with overtones of golden apple and very slight overtones of yeast. It feels a beautiful and lively creamy consistency to the palate that blends well with its softness.



Lovely light yellow colour with a mix of white fruits and floral notes on the nose. The palate displays fullness and vinosity. It finishes with a sensation of power showing a hint of firmness.



A subtle and elegant wine; aromas of wild strawberries with floral notes.




Pale straw-yellow in colour. Produced from Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. Light easy drinking, medium to sweet in style, with delicious refreshing clean acidity.

Viognier. Pale straw colour. Intense aromas of apricot and peach with floral hints. A wonderful length. Finishes clean and fresh.

Cabernet Sauvignon. Ruby red colour with violet reflex. Red fruits notes on the nose and palate.


Syrah IGT Sicilia, Nadaria (Sicily)

Syrah. Purple colour. Lively bouquet filled with subtle plum and dried fruits such as cranberry and cherry. On the palate leading displays smoky leather and black cherry.

Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Tuscan Trebbiano & Malvasia. Bright red colour, tending slightly to garnet with an intense bouquet. Velvety on the mouth with a great tannin characteristic.


Primitivo di Puglia IGT, Barocco (Puglia)

Primitivo (similar to the Zinfandel grape). This wine has a deep, ruby red colour with a nose of blackberry fruits and spices. Full warm, rich flavours on the palate and a pleasing length.


Valpolicella Classico DOC, Villa Domiziano (Veneto)

Corvina, Molinara & Rondinella. Ruby red in colour. A fine vinous ethereal bouquet. Dry taste, smooth with a hint of bitter.


Promoggio IGT, Conte Vistarino (Lombardy)

Barbera & Cabernet Sauvignon. Ruby red colour. Fruity, rich and quite wide on the nose. On the palate it is smooth, medium bodied, fresh for the acidity and warm for the alcohol.


Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Costera, Argiolas (Sardinia)

Cannonau, Bovale & Carignano. Intense purple – red in colour. The wine is intensely perfumed, typical of Cannonau, with waves of game, earthiness, and mint herbs, jammy and ripe berry notes. 91 points Robert Parker.


Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Corte alla Flora (Tuscany)

Prugnolo Gentile, Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon. Ruby red in colour with garnet inflections. Full bodied bouquet with spicy notes and violet, blackberry and raspberry. The time in barrique gives the wine an aromatic note as well as vanilla and coffee.


Barolo DOCG Piemonte, Dezzani (Piedmont)

Nebbiolo. The taste is dry, full, austere, and velvety. The scents are of a violet, rose and spices. It has a garnet red colour.


Valpolicella Superiore Ripassa DOC, Zenato (Veneto)

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC, Campagnola (Veneto)

Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Oseleta & Croatina. Intense garnet-red colour. A wine with fine, fragrant bouquet and a dry, full complex and velvety smooth taste. Rich and warm on the palate with great length and an almond aftertaste. 93 points, Wine Spectator.


Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Casanova di Neri (Tuscany)

Sangiovese. Ruby to garnetred in colour with notes of cherry jam and leather on the nose. Elegant and slightly acidic on the palate. 91 points, James Suckling


Turriga IGT, Argiolas (Sardinia)

Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo & Malvasia. This wine has an intense ruby-red colour, a full-bodied aroma taking in morello cherry, mulberry, chocolate and a meaty palate. Powerful yet restrained with excellent length. 5 grappoli 2012, Tre Bicchieri 2012.
